It Laces up the sides so it can be loosened or tightened some but best to go w/the measurements! *Measurements are approx. & measured across, laying flat* back neck/shoulder to shoulder- 12.5' Bust/armpit to armpit=17.5' waist.=16' -top of the shoulder to the bottom of the vest 19.5' This is worn in so perfect! Awesome condition! Snaps shut, laced concha's on the sides, is longer in the front -shorter in the back. LOVE THIS❤️
