nichyscloset @ct604 Hi! They are 32" inseam. I'm a 32" reg & they skim the floor without shoes, but are perfect in hikers or running shoes. They are a true 12, with a low to mid rise - approx 17.5" across at the waist. I'm usually an Athleta L if that helps.

nichyscloset @ct604 I did notice a small area on the back of a knee that looks a little bald. I think it is just from being on hanger for so long, and will come out in the wash. If you are interested, we can hold the pants & I'll wash them today. If it is a flaw, I'll a just the price. Thanks!
