No smells inside, has two small water marks where LV logo is inside purse, other then that it is clean. Comes with Authentic Louis Vuitton makeup bag, lipstick holder, comb holder, small square case, compact holder. Everything sold as 1 piece. I also have an authenticity certificate when I purchased to guarantee it was authentic. You will receive that with purse. Come with dust bag. This purse is for someone who collects vintage purses.
