I need to get better pics for you-this dress is truly amazing-- a Betsey Johnson original--bought in NYC in 1986 from Patricia Fields-- worn only once!! The detail & stitching on the dress is superb, & I tried to show how the hem @ the end of long dress flairs (somewhat) mermaid-like style. It is in near mint condition, the only "time" shown on the 'care tag'. Gown length. BEAUTIFUL form fitting black velvet with grey shimmer. It's a stunner! I'm new to PM &simply cleaning out my closets!

drcat @michellemanx hi again! So the length comes in about 54”. The area at the top of bust line (from armpit to armpit is 13”, and from strap to armpit it measures 7”. It’s a beautiful crushed velvet black with grey shimmer)... with lots of stretch. Measuring it in the sunlight made me wonder why I’m selling it, haha... it’s so pretty! Oh well, I only wore it once, so time for somebody else to love it. 🥰

drcat @michellemanx so at highest portion of waist, seam to seam is about 12”... it quickly moves to 13” about an inch down.... at hip level it flairs about 19.5 inches, and bottom flair measures about 38 inches. I’m no tailor (😆) but I think I did that right. 😀

drcat @michellemanx hi!!! Wanted to let you know that someone has an offer in on the dress on e Bay... maybe it’s you? I’d like you to have the dress.... it’s cheaper there and they take less fees than PM... so if you want to put a bid in there... it will even cost you less. If you bid 50.50 or 51 (to outbid current offer) the shipping is only 5, so you’d save a bit that way. Just wanted to give you a heads up on that. And if not, no worries! 🌸🌸
