megpow @xlolax81 yes ma’am, there should be a small tag inside the bag with some letters and numbers on it. The date code may also be on a small barcode that was included w your original paperwork. Example of what the date code resembles: DL4545

4mylexo0 @xlolax81 LV now uses RFID chips in their bags. If you download the app: “NCF tools” on your phone (it’s an orange app), scan your bag inside & the serial number will pop up :)
