The chrysanthemum design on this pendant was inspired by a textile pattern. The recessed areas are blackened to add depth and highlight the floral pattern. The blackened surface is concave and the center has been cut out to reveal a bright pop of color from the clothing worn behind it. The pendant comes on an 18 inch black silk cord.
