I bought this dress in Texas for my 8th grade formal as a prom gown. I had the dress cut to be a short dress and had a piece added to the top (it is 2 pieces) because I couldn't have stomach showing, but the piece could easily be removed. The dress was $650 before alterations.

michelle2879 I love the dress. Love Sherri Hill dresses. I am interested in purchasing this dress but have a few questions. 1. You had it customized to be a 2-piece dress? Hence, the top can be removed and replaced with a different top. Correct? The reason I want to wear a different top is because I would prefer sleeves, fall wedding. 2. Negotiations on price? 3. Could you give me sizing/fit information. I'm 5'2."5 and 130-135 lbs. 4. Could you provide the skirt length and hollow length? Thank you, Michelle

mkthomaz @michelle2879 yes the top is able to be switched. they just look put together in these pictures because my school didn't allow 2 piece. Price...i'm pretty firm on posh but would go lower on Ⓜ️. It is a custom dress so the original dress was $650 and we paid $150 for alterations. The dress is above knee length. I'm not home right now. I'm away so i don't have exact measurements

michelle2879 @mkthomaz I really just want the skirt but obviously that most likely isn't an option. I would offer $150 due to only really wanting the skirt. It's a beautiful dress. I'm older and liking for a fall guest if wedding dress. I don't think the Tom would be appropriate for a fall wedding. Understand, you paid a lot of money to be altered. Just shooting an offer.

mkthomaz @michelle2879 I'm sorry that's just not possible being that my parents spent a lot of money on this dress and I would never be able to sell the top after that.
