You can double it I have to do the same thing with my bags also. The strap length according to dooney.com is 19.5". I can do 170 but that's really the lowest I can do. I payed full price for the bag and never used it. :(

I haven't called yet but I'm going to. Another bag that I shipped out wasn't updating either but when it arrived at the post office it updated. I didn't tape over the bar code I tape up the box then put the bar code on after. It was 2 day shipping so it should be there today. @tawnycat1
