lesliekrenkel @melflo78. top pair has adjustable waist. The bottom pair have the ability to have adjustable waist. Meaning the elastic isn't there but the slot and buttons are. Super easy fix. I bought them that way.

lesliekrenkel @melflo78. Ok. A pair of the jeans in the Oshkosh bundle has an adjustable waist. The others have elastic waists around the back. I also have 6 pairs of 4T jeans with adjustable waists.
