I was a little upset with the girl who boxed it because she had to squish it a bit to make it fit the box but the Kate Spade bags are quite sturdy so I don't think it will lose it's shape at all. Tracking information should be shown on eBay. If you're interested I have a Kate Spade Wallet that somewhat matches with the purse but it is used, the thing about Kate Spade leather goods is that it is very good quality and doesn't look worn out at all even if it's old.
