A true vintage piece! The LV Cartouchière is a favorite crossbody bag amongst vintage lovers. It was introduced around 1980, and considering Louis Vuitton didn’t start using date codes until 1982, this bag was likely made in 1980 or 1981. This is evident by the heat stamp which is positioned on the left side of the inner flap. The Cartouchière was made in three different sizes. A size of PM (petit), MM (medium), and the Cartouchière GM (grand). This is the GM size.
