They are mandalynn ina swim bottoms that are originally 60$ on shop.mandalynnswim.com
I don't know my hips measurement precisley but on the model they're waist are 26'' and hips 34.5'' if that helps! Also they have an Elastic Stretch fit with moderate cheekiness @kaboose
