Size Medium. Waist: ~14 inches laid flat, 15.5/16” length with scallops. NEW WITH TAG, only tried on! Zipper in back and scalloped edge bottom. Tay wore this skirt in a 1989 era meet and greet, I believe. Super cute, I’ve just never gotten around to wearing it! Last photo shown on me for length.
