Soft woven dress with small pleats at waist from Madewell. Perfectly fitted on top with an A-line skirt. I'm 5'2 and it hits just barely above the knee. Waist measures 13 inches and bust measures 14 inches across (fabric is stretchy). Great for work. Has POCKETS. Worn and washed a few times. Make me an offer!

wilamops @oliviamicheleb actually I think you'd be fine! My waist is 26 and it fits me because it's stretchy. It will probably hit you mid thigh rather than knee length because you're taller than me (I'm 5'2). Let me know if you have other questions!
