valliegirlie @travelluver Skirt Waist seam to seam is 14 inches it is elastic and easily will expand to 16 inches which would make it 28-32 inches. Hips on the skirt are 34-36 inches Top bust pit to pit 36- 38 I hope this works for you. Great outfit. Perfect for spring.
