XL NWOT Navy Floral Romper. Top has an adjustable tie halter and short open shoulder sleeves. The floral print is bright and beautiful! The perfect summer colors imo. It’s very lightweight and thin which is perfect for those Hottt summer days. The tag says it’s 3XL but it runs very very small. I wear XL and it JUST fits me so I’d say it’s a small XL and, with the top being adjustable, it will fit most any bust size
