Collector Item! Rare vintage Burberry scarf in nova check. This is a Burberry collector must have. This scarf was a gift for first class passengers on the July 15, 1985 inaugural Eastern Airlines flight from Miami to London. Notice the Eastern Miami to London tag sewn into the scarf. Not only is this scarf a rare collector piece for Burberry fans, it is also a great piece for Aviation history fans. This wool scarf is still in fantastic condition. No noticeable stains, thread pulls or holes. Made in Scotland. This scarf is still useable even being 38 1/2 years old. The wool is no longer super soft which would be expected for its age. Rough measurements 60”x 12”.
