willowuggs @zmmc Nothing is wrong with the boots. They are in EUC as stated and have been well taken care of. If there were imperfections they would have been stated in the description and with photos.

willowuggs @zmmc I clean all my UGGs on my own because I am well experienced with cleaning shearling. I also do a better job because I don't leave water stains and I dry them in a dark dry room.

willowuggs @zmmc I shipped your boots on Sunday night, but in the area that I live in there has been multiple winter storms. So I'm sure when your boots will go into transit. Today I'm unsure as on the weather channel, where I live, transportation is not advised unless it's an emergency. So I don't know if USPS is even in circuit today in my town...

zmmc @willowuggs hey Hun. Since u mentioned u r experience on cleaning uggs... U think u can give some tip of how to clean and what cleaning supply to buy? I like the texture of the boots. I have a couple n want to clean them. I took my old old boots to a shoe cleaning but they messed it up n it's so roughy feeling. Can u please help me out?

willowuggs @zmmc I personally use the official UGG Suede buffer and brush to first go over the boots. It breaks up the fibers and gets the powdery grime of the boot. You can use any brand of a suede buffer and brush btw. Then I stuff the boots with paper towels, so that they have form. (Be care not to offer or under stuff, you risk wrinkling and damaging the shearling.) After that I take a colorless, white, towel and lightly damp it with water and gently scrub the whole entire boot.

willowuggs @zmmc I rarely use a suede soap unless the boots I am cleaning are super water and salt stained. After I gently scrub the boot, I put them in a dark room to dry in. Sun can damage the shearling during the drying process. After about 12 hours I then buff and comb the boot again to get the good texture back. Then if I feel like the suede has a lot of loose fibers. I take a cheap two bladed razor and very carefully shave the boots. I then buff and comb the boots again.

willowuggs @zmmc If I still don't like the texture, I redo the washing, drying, and brushing steps. Usually one time works. I hope this help. Oh, and when you wet the boots to clean them, be careful not use too much water or you will give your boots water stains!
