@bunkie it's more of a straight not taper. The bottom opening is about 8 1/2" to give u a better idea. Inseam is 29" ❤

No, I meant have the bottoms been cut to make shorter(the one pic shows the hem) & I didn't see a seam!

@bunkie oh gotcha! They have been professionally tailored at Nordstrom, and they followed the same way as the original hem. so yes it looks like it doesn't have a seam from outside but it is sewn from the inside. Hope that answered ur question

@bunkie hmm I'm not sure what u mean. Because the way the hem looks now is exactly like it is before they were hemmed. They did it so it doesn't looked like it was done poorly. But if u want the seam to show, u can still do take at the tailor 😊

Maybe it's just the way it looks in the pic(1st one). When I get mine tailored I have them reattach the bottoms so it does not look like they've been cut/hemmed.

@bunkie I know exactly what u mean! I always have them keep the original hem too! But this style had the hidden seam, so they kept it as is.

PS. You have to have the original bottom of the jeans to allow the tailor to create the look of the factory hem. If you ever get any jeans tailored for yourself, just tell them you want them to "reattach the bottoms" for you. They look the best that way;))

@bunkie lol ok girl! Yeah, but since this one didnt have the seam showing already, I didn't really want to ruin the look. Plus the fabric is really soft and feels more dressy, so I didn't really care about having the hem. (Cuz if they keep it, they cannot so hidden stitch like the original)
