*SOLD**Victorian Vintage Velvet Capelet Collar

Vintage Victorian mix? Never had a piece like this. Victorian in design w French Jet beading layered/gathered over velvet. There is a modern looking trim & beautiful pleating all around. This ties with velvet ribbon. It does show some use w some strings/fringe. It is hand and machine made. Not sure exact age, or original use. However, it is beautiful and well made. Measures approx. 6" wide. Two ties approx. 17.5" and one 20". Overall a cool gothoc piece.
