staceyjerry @brendap16 hives Stacy again I was wondering if you had gone to the post office today to see what had happened to my shipment I realize that you have already done your part I just don't know what to do I've contacted support 7 times and I would really like to have the items but if I can't if they're missing I'm going to need to get my money back and nobody will respond to me I'm just very frustrated I was hoping maybe you had some good news for me

brendap16 @staceyjerry I did! So they had the box in the post office for some reason the label was missing and because I had the receipt I was able to identify the items in the box and we repackaged the items again. They shipped it already so you should get a notification soon! I'm so sorry I never thought this was going to happen. This never happened to me. So sorry.

staceyjerry @brendap16 no I did not receive the items as of yet I hope they didn't send them back I don't know maybe it'll come tomorrow I'll let you know tomorrow if not I'm going to have to contact customer support again who probably won't respond to me again I I cannot believe that they want and respond back to me with all the business I give them
