soft and elastic, has a soft material on the inside, has lace over elastic for the straps, satin bow attached to front that can be retied. worn once, excellent condition, no stains! it looked cuter on my daughter than it even did on the hanger! fits about 0-9 months, (tag says small and they make them in xs) my daughter wore around 4 months.
