Perfect 1940's belted little black dress by Mr. Blackwell Designs. This is totally something you'd see on Mad Men or an old b&w movie. This dress is perfection! Laying flat Bust 19" Waist 14.5" Length 40" Perfect vintage condition. W Original slide belt. The best part is the little black bow on top of the zipper! So in love!! Looks just like Dita Von Teeses 'The Second Look Dress' But this is true vintage. I'm so in love w it! I wish it fit me!
