Great condition 28" waist meant to be worn higher..zip back.. Waste does not stretch but the rest of this skirt is like a cotton spandex..flares out. Great for winter with a sweater and some tights and boots.. Or a summer with some sandals very lightweight..NOT lined... Dark gray and white tight pin stripes.. Bunched flower designs at hem
