This hat is a showstopper made of royal blue felt hat from the 1970s'. The crown is round, and is surrounded by a wide brim which is turned up, creating a fascinating shape. The bottom edge is covered in an intricate band of the same color as the felt. One of the other impressive features of the hat are the gorgeous felt flowers and leaves in the exact color as the rest of the hat.
