Bay State Apparel for St Patrick's Day Parade! I'm approximating the hat is from the 1990s. I purchased this hat, vintage NOS - new old stock - from a reseller in 2017. It still had the tag and the pompom on it but both the tag and pompom were stupidly taken off and thrown away by me. I know. I can hardly believe it myself. It's in new condition, I've never worn it.
