Would you kindly let me know what heating and placement for the magnet in which pouch is recommended? Even a pic of the instructions would be greatly appreciated. Thank You !

kayrayl @silverlady1986 Yes Thank You! Like I said in post I have one of these and had googled instruction booklet and your Posh Mark post showed up. ;) So I can read the instructions on your pic. Although I still do not know if you put the deated gel insert in back of or in front of the magnet pouch. or not combined at all. Do you know?

silverlady1986 @kayrayl I believe in front to the magnet, according to the instructions, look at the microwave instructions in the pictures. Hope this helps. I have never used one of these.
