SPAO puff down filled baby blue vest

Excellent used condition with normal wear and tear. Bought when I lived in Japan. SPAO is sort of like an Old Navy or GAP type of store. Good quality and down filled (I found a little sneaky feather poking out and pictured it). The collar is oversized and the vest is so warm.
