SPARKLING SANDS beach candle ring or wreath

12x12 All of my items are custom made and OOAK NOTE: Each "rag" wreath I fashion is made from all new fabrics and trims, etc. Each fabric choice is hand stripped (not cut) which adds fullness and the raw edge look. Then the strips are cut into 7-7 1/2 inch strips. When that is done the ribbons and trims are cut in the same length strips. Then begins the long process of looping each strip on the new metal frame. I do not tie, but use the loop method. Each is topped off with a handmade bow.
