kiafitnessinc I am ready to purchase this bundle. Please confirm you have all the details. For the Olaf the name is changed to Wayne, size 4xl adult. For the one with the cat it should have a lady bug instead of a butterfly no name on that one, size xl. The volleyball one may I have in purple instead of blue? Would like 2 of those one in xl and one in 2xl. Thank you

cnfreed @kiafitnessinc Ok, I had to redo the price up to $35 in order for the system to let me do an offer to Likers. It has to be at least 10% below the listing price. So it brings it back down to the $31, then discounted shipping only $4.99.

kiafitnessinc @cnfreed I would like the bump set spike phrase still on the volleyball shirts. Instead of if saying volleyball, I would like the names Nikkei on the xl and Mel on the 2xl.

cnfreed @kiafitnessinc Ok, spike. Thought so. And got the names. And the order. Thanks. I'll have to order the 4X. We're out of that size. But it usually only takes a few days to get from our various shirt suppliers. So it won't be too much of a delay. And I'll work on the others in the meantime.

cnfreed @kiafitnessinc Ok, I don't know what's going on with Poshmark, but they just sent me an email to NOT ship your order, because it's been canceled by them. You didn't tell them to do that, did you? I have 3 of them ready to go, except for Olaf. It takes a lot longer to get the larger plus sizes from our shirt suppliers. I have the blank shirt ready to be sprayed, along with a couple other orders for the same design. So I was planning to have them ready to go out Monday.

cnfreed @kiafitnessinc So, did you get my earlier message about your order being canceled by Posh? I need to know if you authorized it, or did they just do it, themselves? You do still want the shirts, don't you? Especially since they were almost all done, and would have been going out on Monday? But this puts a hold on that, until I hear back from you. So let me know if you do want to cancel? Or still want the shirts? You'll need to repurchase them, if you do.

kiafitnessinc @cnfreed good afternoon. I received an email from Poshmark that they reached out to you regarding shipment. They said they did not get a reply. To my understanding it is something they do since they expect shipment to be done within 3 to 5 days or so. Then I received another email advising that the time of which shipment should have been initiated had passed and that I could/should cancel if I had not received my items.

kiafitnessinc @cnfreed Based on past experiences and problems with sellers that did not respond to poshmark, I did as they advised. When should I expect things to be done/mailed? So as to not have this issue again when you tell me they are done, I will initiate payment again. Thank you

cnfreed @kiafitnessinc Yeah, they sent their usual shipping reminder, and I always reply. I click on the "I plan to ship in 1-2 days" button. And they sent their usual reply, "Thanks for the confirmation." I have never failed to reply to one of their emails. I've had my airbrush business since 1994, and since '07 on eBay. Communication with your customer is paramount to a successful business. And I'm usually pretty quick about getting back to people's emails.

cnfreed @kiafitnessinc So you did authorize the cancellation. Why didn't you check with me, first? I'm the one who could have told you the correct status of the shirts, not Posh. You could have avoided this unnecessary delay, right as your shirts would have been all finished up. I had planned to have them out by today, so they wouldn't get delayed by the holiday on Monday. But when Posh sent their cancellation, then all work on the shirts was halted until I could hear back from you.

cnfreed @kiafitnessinc Now, the question is whether you still want the shirts. Do you? If so, they'll need to be repurchased before we can finish them up. Because of past problems with not getting paid for our work, we had to make it a strict rule to not do shirts that have not been paid for, up front. And with this cancellation, the shirts are no longer paid for.

cnfreed @kiafitnessinc Haven't heard back from you in a couple days. Thought I would just check to see if you still want the shirts. If so, you'll need to repurchase the bundle. I still have it up for you, just in case you do still want them. All that was left to do was the Olaf shirt. I had planned to run it at the same time as a 5 shirt order of that design, that just went out this morning. Please let me know either way. They can go out as soon as tomorrow.

cnfreed @kiafitnessinc Yes, I have all of the conversation on this bundle, and your new one. It has Wayne for the 4X Olaf, and the ladybug on the cat shirt, but it doesn't say the size. But I recall having 2 XL shirts loaded, when I first started on your order. So I assume the cat was the other XL. Then 1 XL volleyball, in purple, Nikkei at the bottom, and spike. Then Mel on the 2X vball done the same.
