SPECTACULAR VINTAGE 2-Piece Ice Dress has a full length 39” slim skirt, and a draped décolletage fully open back top with horizontal strap. Color is silver satin that’s almost an ice blue. Size 4. Dry clean only. There are clip impressions (unseen) where this skirt hung from its hanger. Vintage circa 1997 Fredericks of Hollywood and a very rare find. This dress was worn for a private party with Notorious B.I.G. — His final appearance at Club Cheetah in NYC.
