It is a definite vintage holy grail as its is beutifully constructed with a Double layer of chiffon and inner waist under structure made of dutchess satin. The dress is decorated with incredible vintage film cellulose strips set in fringe clusters and two layers of the film fringe at the hem. This is a dancing dress meant for a party! Perfect look for a party with lots of story behind such a fascinating design. Dress inner zipper is unfortunately broken, but can be easily fixed. Its such an incredible piece!
