justpeep @rumibloom my last child wasn’t on my to do list but dang she’s a keeper! 😂 my golden child 🤩 she watched and listened to her older siblings and my 2nd child says “ya know mom, we screwed her up” All I could do was laugh bc I think back he’s right! She was my easiest pregnancy and quickest delivery BEST EVER! I wasn’t a full 10 and I pushed 1 time and she literally flew and the bed wasn’t even down yet thank God! Bungi jumped 😂 And yes he does have a plan for us all ✝️

1stolive @justpeep We were kinda in your neck of the woods... on an Alaska cruise before Seattle. This cruise most northern point was Juneau. We did get to see the Northern Lights one night!!! Exciting!

justpeep @1stolive I’m north of Juneau, you were south in the pan handle I can’t drive there I’ve had high school friends do the Alaskan cruises and quite a few I was able to meet bc they would dock here or in Portage, Seward, Valdez and Kenai, around in that area it’s beautiful the northern lights are very pretty love how they roll

1stolive @justpeep This cruise docked at Juneau, Sitka, Ketchikan and Victoria BC. It also went up the Endicot Arm, but it was very foggy/misty that day and we didn’t get to see the glacier.

justpeep @1stolive I forgot about Sitka and Ketchikan I should’ve told you about the jacket it’s been a rainy summer tbh I don’t think we’ve had a day that reached 75° my daughter says yes 80° I just know rainy and breezy major bummer to I haven’t been to our cabin at all this year that’s 3 hrs north I hope you enjoyed it! It’s beautiful and I can’t see ya moving from here maybe 10+ but not sooner 🤗

1stolive @justpeep We had a fair amount of misty rain, only a little where an umbrella was needed (in Ketchikan mostly) Of course we brought weatherproof outerwear and dressed in layers. We also had more sunshine than we expected.

You will start on Monday it’s hard to add to this day as it’s pretty much over for the week… in our group we support each other and back each other up, I love this group! I inherited from Jodi she’s in the pics, a few years ago she passed unexpectedly she took a nap and that’s it her dad came to check on her and she was gone! She has a beautiful soul, more then anyone I’ve ever known

But when we got back the sitters had not taken care of our dogs and one of them looked like she’d had a stroke, so we rushed her straight to the emergency vets …

aliokane @justpeep … what followed was several days of my hub and I tag teaming and taking care of her, but then I suddenly fell sick and had a major asthma attack that landed me in the hospital for 3 days. It turned out I’d contracted COVID pneumonia on the flight home from a passenger next to me. So I’ve been sick all through Christmas and New Year, and my hub has too, so we had no Christmas or New Years celebrations…

justpeep @aliokane oh that’s bad! I’m sorry you were two were so ill! Another member flew for a destination Christmas came sick with a serious cold the whole family 2as down with it! I’m not sure if it was COVID or not but it sure sounds like it and one of the GLs is now sick with it, she’s not doing well with it this round was worse then the first for her

aliokane @justpeep thank you for your sweet words. I’m so sorry to hear about your friend, it sounds awful. It’s particularly bad at this time of year because there are so many respiratory infections going around so if you have asthma or otherwise compromised lungs it’s dangerous. justpeep @aliokane my oldest has asthma he’s allergic to everything but concrete to he had Covid January 2021 so I may have an idea of that hospital visit it really puts down I had it twice both my husband and I hurt in places I didn’t recall I had 😆 I’m sorry you didn’t have a Christmas New Year isn’t a big deal anymore we celebrate on the east coast time and in to bed we go 😂
