SPRING! themed floral button down top

Fun, light weight, button up with cute ruffle detailing that's perfect for spring! *The blouses tag lists it as a large but in the pictures the top is on a size 4-6 mannequin body and fits it very well. This is not a large top, I have no idea why this brand would list it as one so I'm making an executive decision and listing it as a 6/S.
