Is this a lighter style “shell” type jacket you’re meant to layer under? Or a thicker insulated one?

@leilajane9 hi! This is definitely a proper ski jacket. You could layer things under it, but not on top.

@jackalee97 hi! I’m not sure what you mean by inside circumference, but it has a pit to pit and waist measurement of 19” so 38” doubled.
