S.T. Dupont (?) Rare Collectible Accessory/Item

I am not sure if this item is made by S.T. Dupont, or not, but I was told that it is, and that it is very rare. It is heavy, sturdy and beautiful in rich gold color. I do not know if it has presence of gold, or not in it, because I have not tested it for gold. I will take the best offer. Make me an offer. I don't know anything else about the item, other than what I have stated in here and that it belonged to my dad, who purchased it in France, and that he said it's a rare and unique item. My dad collected them, and my dad died a few years ago. I had several of them, but sold some, yet still have some left (for the rest of them, see my other listings). I've original tags for this item somewhere in the storage, but so far I have not been able to find them.
