Lining attached to suede has "St. John" cris cross on material and SJ monogramed on suede. 4 large compartments and 1 large double - zippered compartment. Back compartment has zipper. Front compartment has 2 pockets and section for pen. Front outside compartment has clasp. Outside back has a snap. 15" x 10" x 4".
