Not even sure if these Swayers need a description. Black and white striped cotton Swayers. Who needs to know anything else? Elastic waist, two side pockets, wide legs. :) Class these up with a Big Shirt or Fitted Tee and feel like the most interesting person in the room. Or, toss on a ratty vintage tee with no bra, and feel like an off duty model living their best life in the East Village. And the fabric? We couldn't get enough of this striped cotton the last time we used it, and brought it back for a double encore?! An honor never before bestowed on a fabric here at STATE the Label. (Ok, that may not be totally true, cause when we love a fabric, we loooooove it. But, an appearance in back to back collections is pretty rare). It had to be done though, because we all needed these pieces in our lives. 100% cotton
