STELLA JEAN maxi dress with a tiered silhouette & statement bird embroidered blouson sleeve. High collar,with button, slip on, elasticized waist, cotton, line thru inside label. Dress is new with tags, was in a store display, I see a few loose treads on the embroidered bird on sleeves, see last three close up pics, nothing to notice.
