caraschicstuff @kbtgreen scammed via trade I didn't get what was promised and when I complained she the claimed my item was dirty,which is wasn't, the second time I got an empty box, that's just from trading I also got scammed from selling ugh that wast he worst slap in the face, I ️SOLD my 100% authentic bag, God as my sirens I even had the RECIEPT but the dirtbag complained to posh so I refunded her te money posh told her to return the item, well the dirtbag returned a box of stuffed animals a dirty bra and used candles and posh did nothif about it at al, so I have learned a valuable lesson when the scammers wana scam they will find a way, it's us honest decent people who have to just watch out for each other and te worst part is the dirtbag scammers create multiple profiles harass bully and slander it can get horrible but now I learned and im very cautions as no sale is worth it nor is any item on the face of this earth worth the aggravation

I'm just saying it is hard. You technically have no idea who this girl is that is another thing you have to prove. People make up fake names and addresses all the time.

iysh Makes me sick! Sounds like you have a lot of evidence, your good! it's over $500 it's a felony. In my case the detectives got my bag within few hours. I printed and faxed everything, I had to open case at my local station, then called her local station Let me know where you are with all of it, I'll be more then happy to help! The det escorted my scammer to the PO! How embarrassing, they started with the rental office!! Let me know what you need. @nicoledali it's not worth the felony charge!!

iysh Exactly what I had to do! Even if they don't want to fill out a report, an incident number will work. For some reason on you have to start local. Do you have her local Police dept? She is screwed! If for some reason she doesn't have your bag, she will have to replace it. People are so NOT smart these days! Really, go to jail to a bag? How about she work and buy one!

kbtgreen @iysh I went to my local pd and made a report. Then they asked me to print everything and bring it back. I printed 100 pics of screen shots since that's where everything is: my phone. I haven't taken it down there yet. I plan on writing out my own statement and then taking that down there too. Her pd insists on me starting there 😕 I'm hoping that they forward everything asap and they help me like they did you.

iysh I would call her local precinct and ask to speak to superior. That worked for me, then I faxed all papers to them. Also helps to jot down dates and times with notes on all your actions

caraschicstuff @wsp90 as for weeding out the scammers, well there everywhere all over and always come up with different schemes to scam, but your 1st step is do not do any business with a zero activity posher unless u clearly state "NO RETURN" sale, also before U do business with others always do some research it is time consuming and at times makes it not even worth doing, but always do reseach before you eagerly jump in, that's a scammers best weapon"being too eager to make a sale"

caraschicstuff @wsp90 also I must mention there are a lot of good decent honest people on here as well, and if you are going to sell high end very expensive items I suggest you have some form of proof such as RECIEPT or such because most people agree that if something is so expensive it usually warrants te person to hold on to the recipet even if it's a gift, anybody giving a gift worth thousands usually is close enough to the recipient to also give a gift RECIEPT thanks I hope this helps you dear

caraschicstuff @wsp90 hi yes pm is aware (well they should be) if u list as NO RETURN, then that covers any issues with being scammed for a returned package of trash, as for research U have to check the persons closet, sales,buys etc all the comments activity,etc. and as for zero activity I agree not all are dishonest but that shouldn't allow you to be open to get scammed if a zero activity posher has a problem with buying your NO RETURN item then if their on the up and up and honest,then.....

caraschicstuff @wsp90 you should both agree to do the sale via posh and exchange cell numbers full nes etc. of all is honest then no one would have any issues with that, and it keeps both sides confident enough to know where to hunt shall there be a scam. All sales do give the buyer address as well as sellers return, so it's not asking for anything out of line

Eventually it will catch up with her and when it does I want to be there to watch her go down. To me it's almost worth the money to go there and serve her in person with a civil suit. But thank goodness I showed my friend the picture she posted. It was a completely different color and looked brand new. I pointed that out and drilled how much different it looked than the original photos I sent Finally she admits she “polished it and it COULD have been her fault.”

sbrejcha @wsp90 So she probably received it, put it in a polishing machine, and broke the chain drying/rubbing it off then decided she would try and make it look like it arrived like that. Thank goodness I had extra photos, always take them no matter what before you send your item and of course never trade!!! Luckily posh took my side after I pointed out it looked new and polished 😓🙄.
