I wore these and trained with them about 20-25x in the 90s, and they sat in temperature controlled environment since 1998. They are in GREAT shape, and only a few cosmetic flaws with this pair. ALL the Strength function is PERFECT CONDITION and ready to be trained with! The bottom soles are almost perfect with all grip still 9/10. I played basketball at the time, and this is definitely a True and excellent training system. I was noticeably quicker, while training with these Strength Shoes. Some people I know, started to jump higher as well, but I can testify, I was faster, quicker after a few training sessions!
