A great bag, nice thick leather, the leather is not sealed so you have a lot of raw characteristics and marks. Conditioning it would probably remove some of the scratches, but most of those marks came on it like that as part of its character and type of leather. Fits all of the purse essentials plus my iPad and MacBook if I wanted to. The more you use it, the more in molds to you!
