Tulle ruffled sheer skirt that has a detachable slip underneath. Has been worn a few times. Some noticeable wear and tear at the waist which I show in the photo carousel. Says size 40 which I think is a French 40. According to their website, that translates to a US 8. When laid flat, the waist stretches out to 17 inches (x2 = 34 inch waist.) 34 is the absolute limit it can stretch so please keep that in mind when you order as you will need to get it over your hips since it is built without a zipper or buttons.
