STUNNING Vintage Blue/Yellow Empire Waist Printed Dress w/ Scarf 70s Handmade S

The most incredible vintage handmade dress! Printed Cotton White, blue, and yellow layers, with an empire waist, sleeveless bodice, w/ a square neckline, maxi length skirt with a 12” ruffle panel at the hem, and a navy blue edge. The print reminds me of a Bavarian or Slovak floral pattern, with alternating flowers and geometric shapes. The matching scarf is very long, like a wrap, and is made of the same fabric with a navy blue detail on both ends. Under the dress are several layers of cotton crinoline, and there is a single zipper up the back. This dress is in absolute pristine condition and would make an amazing wedding gown or bridesmaid’s dress for the unconventional type.
