cayleynicole @kirstyle yes, you can put it around your neck. I've always had it strapless and tied two of them behind my back, but I guarantee it was probably made to go around your neck (the top strap) I'm just weird. I think it looks adorable strapless. Lol

cayleynicole @lovegarcia15 I think they're at my moms. I can look. I always wore a white pair of bottoms because I have wide hips so the bottoms didn't fit.
