fashionspectrum @amysmiller : hi hun! Based on manufacturer's size guide, it says L is for cups C & D. But please be reminded that since this item doesn't have any underwire, it won't have much support if you're a D. The band underneath the cup can only be useful for smaller cup sizes. Hope that helps. 😊
