This is a maxi dress by Sun Kim in a size 2X. Made in the USA. Black. Excellent condition with no known flaws. Mixed media so the fabrics feel quite different. One has polka dos with a velvet feel. That fabric has no stretch while the other (solid black fabric) is quite stretchy. According to the tag the self is polyester while the contrast is modal and spandex. Hand wash. Pull on styling.
