These boots can be worn as above-the-knee style (thigh high) or can easily be folded down to wear as knee height. • Black faux leather • Shaft height: as high as 22”, can be folded down • Shaft circumference: 17 3/4 at widest point; stretchy material on the back for a nice, snug fit for many different calf sizes. • NWOT - never worn • Super thick and sturdy feeling - you can tell these boots will last for a long time!
