Who is the Funshine Co. ?❓❓❓ In 1974 a southern California based advertising agency briefly made it debut in the world of marketing. Formed by a group of surfer ad guys (stoners), they had a new approach to advertising that was a little less than mainstream. Their motto: “Karma Kicks Ass.” Unfortunately, the Funshine Co. Marketing agency was only open for one year, and never landed. Successful campaign. After endless failed pitches to major clients, The rag-tag group of entrepreneurs decided they should stick to what they do best: Surfing and being stoned Fast forward to today, The original rejected presentations, recently discovered in a garage in Huntington Beach CA., have been purchased by David and Goliath.
