Pre-owned and very clean but please note this item has 3 very minor flaws: 1) under the left arm, in the underarm area, there is a small hole. Could be easily patched or mended. 2) on the back left side there is a very small hole that I think was maybe from the price tag. 3) the hanging edges of the cord show some slight signs of wear on the corners.
